As of right now, Kare Granola only ships within Canada except for Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut.

All orders are processed within 2-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays (Christmas exceptions apply). BYOG (Build Your Own Granola) orders are made to order and may take slightly longer to prepare due to customization.

During high-volume seasons, please allow 3–9 days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. If we cannot fulfill your order, you will be notified within 24 hours.

Shipment confirmation and Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages
Craving Is Served / Kare Granola is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
