  3. How much is the Shipping Fee?
    We offer Free Shipping across Canada. 
  4. Do you ship internationally?
    We currently only ship within Canada (except Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut) but we accept U.S orders through our Etsy shop.  
  5. How would I know if my order has been shipped?
    We will send a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped with your tracking number. 
  6. I typed in the wrong shipping address, What should I do?
    Please contact our customer representative at info@karegranola.com within 24 hour of notice.  
  7. Can I get a Return/Exchange
    For sanitary reasons, we cannot offer a return or exchange. If you have any issues with your order please contact us at info@karegranola.com within 7 days upon receipt.
  8. When will you be back in stock?
    We are working production as fast as we can and expects to be back in stock in the next two (2) weeks. 

Ingredients & BYOG

  1. How much sugar does your products have per serving?
    We use organic coconut sugar, which is a natural sugar from coconut palm sap and adds more flavours. Our recommended serving amount of granola is ½ cup or 50g. It is important to know that our products only contain natural sweeteners. 

    - Coffee Spike: 7g per serving of granola
    - Goji Cranberry: 15g per serving of granola (Dried Cranberries & Dried Goji berries have higher sugar content)
    - Go Nuts: 8g per serving of granola
    - Orange Sun: 8g per serving of granola
  2. Do you have any peanut-free products?
    Yes! All of our products are peanut free!
  3. Do you have any Nut-Free products?
    Our Orange Sun and Goji Cranberry are Nut-free. However, they are made in a facility that processes other tree-nut products. 
  4. What size is the BYOG available in?
    it's a whole pound! But since it's personalized, we just dump the whole goodies in the bag. This apply only to one-time purchase. If you subscribed, your orders are pre-packed for you in our standard size bag. 

    (Actually, it's 454g but it could range up to 600g.)

  5. I don't want to add any sweetener, Can I just not choose from that category in BYOG?
    Definitely! Just leave the box blank. You can choose one, both, or completely opt out of it!
  6. Can I leave a catagory blank in BYOG option
    Absolutely! It's your granola, you can customize it however you like!
  7. I already placed my BYOG order, but I can modify my ingredient selections?
    Yes! Please send us email with your order number and your changes you'd like to make at info@karegranola.com

Wholesale, Bundle & Subscription

  1. I have a retail store and am interested in having your products on our shelves. Can I order wholesale?
    Yes! We would love to supply! Please contact us at admin@karegranola.com and our team will contact you within 24 hours.  
  2. I want to purchase bulk order for our office/school/building, Do you offer group order pricing?
    Yes, We offer discount on bulk orders for office stash, employee appreciation, etc., and we also sponsor team building events with pop-up shops of Kare Granola. Contact us at admin@karegranola.com for more information.  
  3. I want to change my BYOG subscription from bi-weekly to monthly, Can I do that?
    *Subscription features are being updated so that you can do it.
  4. Can I order BYOG as Bundle?
    Unfortunately, Bundles is only applicable to our classic flavours. Please see the standard options on our website.
